“We ordered the same beef noodle soup, but one was thin noodles with non spicy, the other one was wide noodles with spicy. Both noodles soup were good, and surprisingly, it served really fast, not much time needed to wait, but they were quite busy, many customers in and out!

“Visited on 12/14/24 (6ish pm) on Huebner and the manager on staff was very helpful. She informed me about the rewards program and encouraged me to sign up as you received a free entree! It worked out great because I intended to also order takeout! The manager ensured the food was cooked well and out in a timely manner. I ordered spring rolls and she sent them back because they were over cooked. They ran out of spring rolls and she informed me of the mishap. She provided me a substitution. General Tso’s Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Crispy Spicy chicken, pork egg rolls, sweet corn soup, Deep fried Ribs, sea Food Lo Main and Twice cooked pork Belly.

Everything was amazing, original Chinese flavor. Everything was very fresh and made at the moment. The Bubble tea (frozen) was delicious.

Definitely one of the best Chinese place that I’ve been and ate. We’ll come back.“

“Based on a review I saw over the weekend a friend and I decided to try New Asia Chinese Restaurant on Bandera Rd and Eckert for lunch.
I'm happy to say it did not disappoint!! I got the Mongolian beef lunch special which was awesome, some of the best I've had in a while. My friend got the General Tso chicken and said it was Great as well. The lunch specials come with your choice of soup w fried noodles, choice of egg roll, and fried rice, all for $10.25!!!??
The lunch menu is extensive so we will definitely be going back to try some of the other dishes. Who knows we may even take our wives next time!??“

“I moved to the area recently and have been looking for a place that serves tom kha, as soon as I saw it on the menu I had to try. The place was already bustling just a half hour after opening which I find to be a good sign! It was also clean and staff was attentive and friendly as I waited for my takeout.

We each ordered a bowl of Tom Kha Gai… (the spicy coconut milk soup with chicken) when I tell you the flavor was on point! It was so good no notes! The spicy coconut milk soup will cure your soul of all ailments! Will be ordering again and again.

For entrees we had the Triple Delight w/ lo mein and Orange Chicken w/ fried rice. I was impressed by the portion sizes, they give so much protein in that to-go box and they definitely don’t skimp on the sauce. There’s so much flavor in every bite.

We also had an order of crab rangoons, because duh. Next time I will be trying more of the menu, I know I won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend this spot. It’s in a busy area and it’s kinda small and easy to miss, but you won’t regret it if you’re looking for some authentic flavor that won’t break the bank.“

“This little gem has been my go to since they first opened. My kids growing up loved this place. They still come here too now that they are grown. My wife and I enjoy this pretty much every week! I love the fact you can call in your order and it is ready to grab and go within-10-15min. As mentioned by several other posts here the quantities are far more generous than any of the other locations I have gone to especially for the price! Great value. I love the fact you can also get the dinner special any time of day even during lunch time for a couple of bucks more and is plenty for 2 people to share. We love the cashew chicken and we have them make it spicy(they will add spice to any dish-kung pao style). We also like to add a bag of wonton chips for a buck. They go great with the soup or even by themselves and highly recommend the addition. This restaurant will continue to be our go to for tasty Chinese food.“

“First timer. I ordered the Kung Pao Delight lunch special. Waitress was nice and attentive. We received our food in less than 10 minutes. I absolutely loved my dish. The Kung Pao Delight included beef, chicken, and shrimp. Great taste and perfect serving. Lunch Specials are very reasonable. We will definitely be going again.“

“Ever since I moved to Texas 4 years ago, I've been searching far and wide across the city for a good Chinese spot. I've tried easily over 30 different spots but none even come close to China Bristo. I placed a pickup order today and within 15 minutes it was ready. When I went in to pick it up, the lady at the counter made me feel very comfortable, some would say "at home". She suggested I have a seat while she finished boxing my food. Every single thing I ordered was an absolute delight. The dumplings 10/10, the crab ragoons to DIE for. This will be my go to spot going forward. Me and my wife absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere, great food, great people. A must for enjoyers of traditional Chinese cuisine.“
