“This restaurant was welcoming, delicious, and the prices were not bad! From speaking with the owners Emelia and Chef Carlos, they are very knowledgeable about veganism and wanted to be sure the vegan community felt welcome and had plenty of options. They were so sweet and personable so please go try them out! 🤗 Many options clearly listed as Vegan on the menu and the owners said they will work with what you’d like! “1st time.....just searched for Chinese in the city because we wanted something different than the usual place we usually go to. This one stood out, read reviews and looked at the menu, we had to try it. They serve Vietnamese, chinese, and japanese entrees. The Roll selection is insane. My wife Ordered the Hugo Roll & I had the BipBimBap. They both were very flavorful and the presentation of the dish was something to take notice. I highly recommend this nice, atmospheric place. Dine in for the freshness. Service was excellent. No pics but we will return.“

“I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken and overall had a very good experience. The flavor was on point, the texture was good, and the presentation was excellent — everything looked fresh and well put together. The sauce had a great balance and really carried the dish.
The fried rice wasn’t quite authentic Chinese-style fried rice, and the chicken itself could have been a slightly better quality cut, but neither issue took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Everything else was really well done.
I’d definitely order from Chef Joe’s Asian Cuisine again, especially for the flavor and presentation.👍🏽😌“

“The first time I went to The New Wu's restaurant, the front lady was very rude. It took a while for me to go back but I've gone back a couple of times since then. Tonight I went and picked up a pint of beef lo mein and a dinner special portion of the general Tio with chicken fried rice and an egg roll. I am so happy that I did because this is the best it has ever been. The cashier lady was the exact same lady as the first time but she was very nice today. The food has a wonderful flavor and the portion sizes are superb! The lid was holding in for dear life just to stay closed! You will love it!“

“I loved my Panang curry with tofu! Very flavourful. Fast service too. The jasmine tea go $5 was horrible…. One small teabag in a teapot imparted no flavour, so skip that. Nice waiter and friendly. Indoor dining. I parked for free on a nearby street. Would definitely recommend coming here as there are lots of options on the menu! Note nothing is explicitly labeled as vegan - so need to talk to the wait staff. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-19“
