From speaking with the owners Emelia and Chef Carlos, they are very knowledgeable about veganism and wanted to be sure the vegan community felt welcome and had plenty of options. “I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken and overall had a very good experience. The flavor was on point, the texture was good, and the presentation was excellent — everything looked fresh and well put together. The sauce had a great balance and really carried the dish.
The fried rice wasn’t quite authentic Chinese-style fried rice, and the chicken itself could have been a slightly better quality cut, but neither issue took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Everything else was really well done.
I’d definitely order from Chef Joe’s Asian Cuisine again, especially for the flavor and presentation.👍🏽😌“

“I *always* order the szechuan tofu even when I was still eating meat because it's just that good. I like to request it with extra broccoli because the heads soak up all that delicious juice and explode in your mouth. If you order this, I suggest using the leftover juice and tofu to steam some rice. I looove this dish 😋
My dad always orders either the beef and broccoli or the general tso's (he refuses chopsticks so he can spoon it into his mouth faster 😹)

The decor is top notch and the food is SPECTACULAR! Definitely get some of the house kimchi and try a roll with soy paper. Definitely an expansive menu and the food was perfection. 10/10“

“I loved my Panang curry with tofu! Very flavourful. Fast service too. The jasmine tea go $5 was horrible…. One small teabag in a teapot imparted no flavour, so skip that. Nice waiter and friendly. Indoor dining. I parked for free on a nearby street. Would definitely recommend coming here as there are lots of options on the menu!
