“My wife and I ate at Stixs & Stone today for the first time. After being diagnosed with Celiac’s a few months ago, it has been very limiting on eating out. This restaurant has literally changed my life. The chef is a mad genius. The presentation of all the dishes is something you’d expect in an upscale dining restaurant with a taste to match. The only thing that didn’t match was the price. How they provide gluten free food of that quality without breaking the bank is beyond me. For those with Celiac’s or gluten sensitivity, this is THE spot in San Antonio. To top it off, the staff was 100% attentive and knowledgeable. Stixs and Stone has gained two customers for life.“

“I highly recommend Ichiban. The food is fresh and delicious. I recently enjoyed Hibachi shrimp, fried rice, broccoli and a spring roll. Very few restaurants know how to cook fresh broccoli. It's often over-steamed and has the consistency of baby food, but the broccoli at Ichiban was very fresh, crisp tender and delicious. We will return soon.“

“This place is a hidden gem. The cashier was a very nice lady and happy to explain options on the menu. And the menu itself has a pretty good variety with large portions. The food itself was great , presentation is amazing and they have beautiful plates and bowls. I highly recommended this location it’s a good spot.“

“Went here because we wanted some soup and noodles, and we were not disappointed. We ordered dumplings for a "starter" and they were delicious, pork was the meat. Pork fried rice, noodles and beef, and a beef with broccoli. The meals came out piping hot, which is fantastic in my book. They all were seasoned well and tasted very good. Our youngest had the pork noodle soup and it was enjoyed. We will go back when in the area again.“

I tried the sweet and sour and hubby had the orange chicken. They have an option to substitute lo mein for the rice so we decided to do that. Everything was delicious. “I love Hoki Bento! It's a great value option for lunch.

Portions are not too small to leave you unsatiated and large enough you'll have to lug around leftovers.

I appreciate the focus on flavor and quality over a giant meal. The bento boxes have an array of flavours to help keep your pallet interested in the meal. I frequently get the chicken katsu bento and the beef bento with curry added.

I like the seating with outlets as I can eat and work or read. It's not super loud either so it's possible to take a meeting if you really had to but you'll need your own hotspot as I don't think there's WiFi.

I like the kpop being played but some cute cafe lofi, chill hop, and maybe some kawaii future bass and future funk being mixed in would lend to some more varied vibes.

Parking: Parking up front fills up quickly, there is additional parking behind the building.“

“The food is amazing. I had the torta de jackfruit barbacoa and it was just piled on. So flavorful and honestly could probably fool a lot of meat eaters. I’m in town for the day, and I’ll probably go back tomorrow for the breakfast tacos.“

“I always hesitated to try this place because the name made it sound very tea-focused, and the meals looked too small for dinner. But we decided to try it today and we were honestly BLOWN AWAY!

The food was prepared quickly, served immediately while hot, and the staff was the most patient and cordial I've ever met. It's counter service but the kitchen runner brings your food to you, and you get your silverware and boba when it's ready from the front counter. The set up is a bit different but totally user friendly.

We got 3 appetizers, 3 teas, and 5 entrees and only paid 125 before the tip. Pretty darn good considering the massive serving sizes and amazing flavor and quality. I highly reccommend the teriyaki chicken don and tonkatsu ramen.

It seems like the snow crab legs are boiled, it made a mess when picking them because of all the water coming out, after a while my fingertips showed signs of being waterlogged. they should have been steamed. I must have gone through 50 paper napkin to keep them dry. Otherwise, I liked the buffet.“

“The only regret I have is not living closer so I can be here more often! Before I even ordered food, the service was impeccable. My card was compromised at 5am Sunday and although I opted to wait until Monday morning to deal with it, the bank put a hold on my account, rightfully so. They were so patient as I dealt with trying to transfer funds to another account and even started on my order so when it would be ready by the time I completed payment. By the time I made payment, food was packed and hot! We were so hungry, we decided to eat it there. We had no problem eating it in our to go boxes, but they insisted on putting it on plates. “I have been wanting to give this place a try, decided not to go to HonMachi and come here and WoW I'm so glad I did, the ramen was fantastic it tasted delicious and the egg roll was the best I also tried the Tonkatsu spicy miso WoW it was incredible, this place is very small and unassuming but it's these "holes in the wall" that are simply the Best. I'll be back to try all their soups this is the best ramen spot in town for sure.“

“My husband first introduced me to this restaurant when we were first dating and 6 years and one baby boy later we still go whenever we’re on that side of town. Even our picky 15 month old loves it! They never get our order wrong and the food stays hot until we reach home which is about 30 minutes away. We go so often I’m pretty sure they recognize my husband’s phone number because they never ask for a name! This is my favorite Chinese restaurant and I recommend it to anyone who asks for good Asian food. I just wish they had one on our side of town!“

My boyfriend had the Thai noodles and the hot spicy level was a perfect amount of heat! Their egg rolls are crunchy while still holding a nice moisture inside with the chicken! I can wait to go back and try the wonton nachos!!! ???

My husband started with the ribs and then had the pork tenderloin. He said both were excellent. I started with frog legs and then duck. Both were excellent. My husband had the pecan cake and I had the mini triple dessert. Both were excellent. We will go back!“
