Ito Ramen Reviews
Was a little worried when we first walked in and didn’t see any customers-almost turned around and left but decided to give it a shot. Cashier was polite and answered questions we had. The restaurant itself is small but the atmosphere is inviting. Once the food arrived-we were not disappointed. We left full and very satisfied. Worth a repeat trip. Oh and by the time we left the place was getting busy guess we just got ahead of the rush.
Very delicious low key ramen spot! I have been looking for a good ramen spot for a while and nothing was close to home like this spot! You walk into a beautiful anime themed restaurant that feels very comforting especially with the low dimmed lights. I ordered the Tokyo Spicy ramen and it was not spicy at all just a very slight taste. We also got an order of spicy edamame and the chili oil was perfectly infused and tasted homemade. Ito Ramen is a highly acclaimed ramen restaurant in San Antonio, known for its rich, flavorful, and extremely fast-served ramen dishes. The small and comfortable establishment offers a variety of ramen options, including the popular garlic chicken ramen and regular miso ramen. The restaurant's spiciness levels can be quite intense, even at the lower settings. However, the overall food quality and value are excellent, with dishes arriving promptly and piping hot every time. Customers thoroughly enjoy the cozy atmosphere, complete with anime decor and music, making Ito Ramen a top choice for ramen enthusiasts in the area.
The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is described as sweet. Customers never experienced anything like their "hell ramen" (level 3), which is insanely good. The place is a "no-frills" restaurant, with a small seating area of around 5 tables, but the lone employee smoothly handles all the tasks. While the food is excellent, some customers found the place to be quite warm and stuffy, even with a fan running. Ito Ramen is considered a hidden gem and the best ramen restaurant in San Antonio, and it is also very kid-friendly.
