“I’ve come a few times for their night markets. I haven’t had a full meal here but I do get the appetizers when I’m shopping and I love the kushi sampler. My husband and I split it and it’s easy to eat walking around. Always look forward to going when I can!“

“Was a little worried when we first walked in and didn’t see any customers-almost turned around and left but decided to give it a shot. Cashier was polite and answered questions we had. The restaurant itself is small but the atmosphere is inviting. Once the food arrived-we were not disappointed. We left full and very satisfied. Worth a repeat trip. Oh and by the time we left the place was getting busy guess we just got ahead of the rush.“

“Mia was incredible, took great care of us, refills were offered before I could even take a last sip, and the food was fresh and amazing. Mia had mentioned the happy hour Monday-Wednesday where sushi is half off 3-6pm, on a previous visit so we came again! Her service was the best!“

“Amazing. We got a miso with vegetables and tofu, and it was absolutely delicious. The miso had a deep flavor, the tofu had a nice, firm texture, and the ramen had the best texture. Very good selection for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommend!!!“

“First timer and it was amazing! Our waiter went above and beyond during our visit, and was very attentive. The food was amazing and the noodles were perfect! The red sweet tea was refreshing and hit the spot. This place is definitely on my top 5 and I will be coming back.😘🤌“

“Really enjoyed the Tonkotsu ramen here. Nice broth, good chew to the noodles and the pork was cooked just right. The takoyaki was also amongst the best I've had. It all came out very fast too. Will be back to try more soon!“

“I used to live in stone oak! And now live in Cibolo. This place is amazing. I drove 28 minutes today to get their poke bowl. 100% customized and they have so many options. It’s the only place I crave for Poke!! 10/10. Pro tip, Order online it gives you all the options!“

“We went to the Grand Opening and had a blast! So much excitement from the staff and the food was so delicious, we couldn’t stop. The roll selection is unique and not available anywhere else. Super fresh! Desserts, spirits! Beautiful place to visit!!“

“Ginza Poke & Ramen is one of my favorite spots to eat. I’ve tried the teriyaki chicken, tonkotsu ramen, and the boba, and everything was amazing. The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking this place out!“
