“Only next level Japanese dining enthusiasts would be able to immediately recognize that they have chosen well. If you are lucky enough to discover the Happy Hour menu then you’ve hit the jackpot. Do yourself a favor and go because ain’t nobody have dry aged fish! What?!? Yes this separates Lucky Robot from the rest of the Japanese places in Austin. Put it on the bucket list folks!“

“This is some of the most delicious and beautiful ramen I’ve ever had. The staff is helpful with explaining the menu and making recommendations and I always love what I get. The chicken ramen is incredible, and I love the different add ins you can do. Great edamame and great gyoza. I wish there was a few more drink options but otherwise an incredible place I will go to again and again as well as recommend to friends and family.“

The menu offers a great variety of options so there is always something new to try. The restaurant has a lively and welcoming atmosphere that adds to the whole experience. The staff is friendly and efficient even when the place is busy. If you are a ramen lover in Austin, Lil Ramen Tatsu-Ya is an absolute must and I recommend it without any hesitation.“

“Five stars for my absolute favorite neighborhood sushi spot! We've been loyal regulars for 4 years now. The prices are great, and we almost never have to wait for a table (maybe 10-15 mins max on Saturdays). You have to try the Jalapeño Bomb appetizer—it’s a must-have every time. The Assorted Roll Dinner Special is a fantastic value and comes with a house salad that has the most amazing dressing. My husband and I always order the Lion King Roll (delicious baked salmon on top!), the Yummy Roll, and the Troy Roll. Their chicken ramen is also delicious if you want something warm. Love this place!“

“My husband first brought me to Ramen Tatsu-ya when we were dating. Years later, now that we’re married, we still keep coming back.

My name is “Mi,” so he always orders the “Mi-So-Hot” ramen with an extra “Spicy Bomb”. It started as a joke when we were dating and somehow became our tradition.

“The food was excellent. I gave it 4 stars because my sauce was missing after I asked and the employee reassured me that the sauce was in the bag. I felt like he was rushing. I had the pork egg rolls, the twice cooked pork belly, cream cheese wontons, and the wontons in chili oil every thing was absolutely tasty, fresh, and hardy. I do recommend.“
