Ebisu Japanese Restaurant offers an amazing experience with outstanding food, as noted by customers who have praised the delicious meals and quick service. This wonderful neighborhood sushi restaurant is a great place to dine in or take out, perfect for dinner with friends or family. It is always very clean, and the cozy atmosphere has been positively received. The service is friendly and professional, with many customers enjoying the efficient service during business lunches and highlighting the top-tier food. However, there is still room for improvement in the consistency of service, as there have been instances where orders were slow to be taken. The restaurant's signature roll received mixed reviews, with some finding it too spicy despite assurances to the contrary. The AYCE option is enjoyable, but customers note that the rolls are full size, which may limit variety. Despite these issues, the food is fresh and well-presented, with standouts like the toro and salmon. Many customers have recommended Ebisu to their friends, and management is encouraged to prioritize server training for even better service.
