“One of my favorite spots I’ve hit in Austin. Unique menu, only tried the Karage and Brisket but looking forward to coming back to try other items. Karage was incredible, the ghost pepper aioli was one of best aiolis I remember eating recently. Brisket was great as well. Also a great outdoor space and a lot of open space. TVs everywhere else so great place to post up, eat, drink, and catch up with friends.“
“Absolutely incredible dining experience! Went last night with the husband and the night from start to finish was amazing. The entire team was wonderful, from the extremely personable and friendly host for the night (I believe his name was Kavian) to all the chefs, staff and a great surprise was meeting Chef Ling herself! The courses were to die for and the portions were perfect. We can't wait to come back and share the experience with some friends!“
“When you get to Gyu Kaku allow BZ and Carmen to serve you. My wife and i have been to many of these through out the nation and this one by far is the best. In this day and age its hard to come by good service, but these folks will make you feel seen.“
“Highly recommend Pinch if you’re around the UT campus and looking for food options. The fried chicken is tasty and they have a lot of good choices when it comes to sauces. The price is pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get too.“
“I’m not a big crybaby like Brian Townley, who complained about the wait.. Mr. Jimmy is an amazing person and the best Vietnamese chef in town! I just wished he had more staff but he said it’s been hard to hire good help. B’s kitchen is amazing- authentic and serves delicious Vietnamese food. Best banh mi in town!!“
“Nut allergy friendly! There was no one in front of us and it took us 13 minutes to get our order (notified via text).A food truck located inside of Half Step Cocktails, this stop might be the best value on Rainey. For $18 (after tax and tip) we got the Hot Nugs and Tingly Tots. The tots were just the right amount of numbing spicy and perfectly crispy, and the Hot Nugs were well balanced with spice and sweetness and the two lime wedges were perfect for it. I'd say the nugs could be a little crispier but were overall solid. The portions were enough to be a hefty snack for two people! As with every other stop on Rainey, parking is awful to impossible. We also had a slight miss in service where I got a sandwich instead of nugs at first, but thankfully I was eating near the bar and returned and got the right order.Overall, would totally return if I find myself on Rainey again.“
“Xin chào! After my 3rd time going to this Pho spot within 7 days, I’m officially addicted to The One Pho?! My usual go to are the Vegan Eggrolls and phở gà (Chicken Pho). ?The servers are extremely accommodating and the chefs know exactly what the “phở” they are doing back there! ?One of my favorite servers, Dang, is superb in every way. She also helps me to practice my Vietnamese with her as well. Cảm ơn Dang!?All in all, if you’re craving some phở, get over to The One Pho to satisfy that appetite!“
“I really love this place. I generally prefer vegetables and they have a huge selection of veggie "sushi". I've had good sushi their too. It's all very fresh. Also great baked dishes...chicken, fish, etc. I like their noodles too.Vegetarian options: Lots of good stuff!“
“Totally obsessed with this place. Simple menu that somehow has a huge variety of combinations. Healthy and Fresh and not weird about carnivores preferring protein additions to big salad or breakfast/brunch options. Quirky staff of happy people. Very Austin!“
“I recently moved into the area a few months ago and found this place not to far from my house. They do trivia every Thursday and it has become our households biweekly activity. I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere and how delicious all of their food is. The view tex martini is my number one order and well worth the price. I am looking forward to their new menu coming out in a few days and hope they don't get rid of the viet tex martini.“
“Long live Ling Wu’s! This is hands down our family’s favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. We also leave feeling happy with the outstanding food and service. We always come here for special occasions or if we need a pick me up if we’ve had a rough week. We love the whole team here!“
“So far my favorite Chinese spot in Austin. Perfectly balanced dishes in a great atmosphere with reasonable prices and great service.I always get the Kung Pao chicken on my first visit to a Chinese place because it’s a great staple to compare. Theirs knocks it out of the park with great veggies and sauce and perfectly cooked chicken. We also had great service and a great cucumber salad that balanced out the heat of the meal so well. Would definitely recommend. We finished off with the donuts, and they transported me to my childhood of eating Chinese buffet food just to get the sugary goodness of donut balls. They taste exactly like your best memory of those sweets. In my opinion, it’s a cheaper and better spot for date night or just a dinner than Wu Chow! Check it out!“
“I planned to go to Chinatown North for dim sum but the sign at the entrance said to head downstairs for dim sum, where Street is below. The waiter said they are connected but different establishments and the dim sum servers upstairs would come from the lower kitchen anyway. I ate here with a close friend after wrapping up weekend meetings in Austin. The place has a good vibe and friendly service, quite modern and clean. We shared six items and everything had great flavor, with the turnip cake and prawn siu mai being my favorites. Above average pricing for dim sum but I think that comes with the experience. Good spot for a date or with friends. I would go back.Parking: Free parking lot around the building.“
“One of the best in area with so much knowledge about food. Thank you for opening in our local area. Chicken Steam momo is the best for me. Highly recommended…Parking: You can park anywhere and come to Darsan NamasteKid-friendliness: It’s open space for anyone“
“We had such an awesome experience today celebrating a friend's birthday. After a minor mix up w a reservation app management went above and beyond to ensure the evening was special. The little details make all the difference! Can't wait to come back!“
“We recently ate our first time at Lazzat Asian, Indian &Pakistani Cuisine Restaurant. We ordered 6 different dishes between 2 families. We loved all of them specifically the Teriyaki Beef plate. The Owner is very nice and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant. Try it, you will like it.“
“I love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, it truly hits the spot. I love everything I’ve tried here and it’s a no-brainer in our household; we are always down to go. Good, solid food at a great price and wonderful people.“
“I am a big fan of Chilantro but I always come back to this location the staff is always friendly and the kitchen and bar are always clean. The guys in the front Marelys, Anthony and Carlos are super nice and attentive and the kitchen are always stocking the food.“
“This is the epitome of Austin & it’s DELICIOUS!! A delectable blend of food from Nepal and India and it comes in a nice package of great customer service wrapped with a yummy bow! Authentic fusion of two scrumptious genres or food that I honestly can’t get enough of! I took my children over the last time we were in the area and we can’t say enough positive things about FUSION EVEREST KITCHEN!! I’m always greater with the warmest smile and friendly disposition! She recognized me immediately ill. My second visit and my taste buds were delighted to try something new on the menu! Paneer 65!! Chow mein noodles! The mango lassi!! If you’re not sure what to order ask for a recommendation!! 5 stars and two thumbs up for sure!!“
“A novel idea: Mexican Asian fusionThis place offers tofu for the plant based crowd. I wouldn't want tofu everyday, yet once in awhile tofu hits the spotThe food items, especially the burritos contain generous portions. They offer fries that also contains a respectable portion.Delicious.The place was fairly tranquil when we were there, so that was nice.Worth coming back“
“Chengdu chilli chicken was yummy if you like spicy red chilies in your chicken. It also had asparagus beans and carrots in it. Also tried hot and sour soup was deliciousPeople were very friendly and welcoming great vibe. Checks all boxes for a nice Chinese place right around the corner“
“Great local place.I kept ignoring NSG because I was worried it'd be "too healthy" but it is just great. It is health forward, but doesn't feel like losing anything. The food is also so real.A bit Asian influence as well.Great place, highly recommend.“
“Koriente provides a product that looks and tastes like it came from a very upscale restaurant. The staff is always helpful with recommendations and suggestions. The bowls that I have had from them have been flavor packed, fairly large in size, and very feeling. They offer an amazing drink selection also. The establishment is fairly small on the inside and reminds me of restaurants you see in Asian countries with the decor selection. After eating at Koriente, I always feel like I did my body a huge favor by giving it something really healthy. The parking lot can be a little sketchy at night, and you do have to pay for parking. Koriente is a must try if you are a fan of Asian cuisine.“
“Chicken Adoba taco is insanely good, I usually sub beef because I also love their fajita beef. As fusions go, this place nails it. The meat must be marinated in some kind of soy sauce mix, and doing so adds such an authentic and balanced fusion with the fresh grilled veggies that you truly get the best of both worlds. They don't skimp you on portions and doing so makes this place first choice before 90% of ATX Mexican-Asian fusion.“
“Nice little spot! Fresh ingredients and attentive service. It felt very comfortable, I had an issue with one of my dishes and they promptly corrected it. I tried the edamame, wonton soup and sesame chicken. My brother had the sesame shrimp. I appreciate the experience and will definitely be back.“
“Truly a great experience all around! Ninja Taco has great food for breakfast lunch or dinner. I’ve gone back multiple times. I have pretty much tried everything on the menu. All of it was great! The owner is very friendly and is always experimenting with new menu items. Don’t leave without trying the brussel sprouts. :)“
“If you live off South Lamar I can't stress enough that Texami is the latest and greatest food truck that has shown up on the block. I tried their breakfast tacos first, and Peter (the owner) does an excellent job on toasting the tortilla and not skimping on the ingredients inside. It gets better though, I tried the steak quesadilla this afternoon and it's savory and filling. This owner is going places and I highly recommend trying out what he has to offer. Also rad that he plays the guitar out front until the customer comes up to the window.“
“The taste of the food here is very western, not super authentic, however if you're just looking for tasty food then it is a very nice place. The sweet baos are super yummy and the fried wontons were good as well. They also have boba tea!“
“This food ‘truck’ is located in the backyard of Fierce Whiskey Distillery!Bbq beef and chicken thigh skewers 5/5 - tender, moist, and full of flavor ? i loved the ahi verde sauce on the chicken thighsFried brussels 5/5 - generous portionThe atmosphere here is so relaxing. The food is a little expensive but so good that its worth it. I will be back to try the other skewers!!Wheelchair accessibility: Flat grounds“
“My mom and I went on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't too busy. Which was really nice for a casual weekend lunch. We got the Shrimp Dynasty and Garlic beef. + the scallion pancake, and shrimp spring rolls. Nicole was our waitress, who was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She was kind, and attentive. She spoke to us like we had been there many times before, Making us feel incredibly welcome. She did an amazing job at providing suggestions on what to eat, as well really delicious wine pairings. The hostess was super nice as well. The whole team who work here are fantastic. The food is super yummy. My biggest regret is not coming to eat in person sooner. As I had only ordered from the sushi menu for delivery. Please stop by! 10/10!“
“So many good things to say about this place!1.You walk up and order, so it’s an easygoing start to a great meal2.The menu is straightforward and non fussy: decision fatigue be gone (unless you’re starving and can’t think)3. The restaurant is clean, fresh, trendy, and casual4. The yakitori noodles were hot and flavorful/the steak and shrimp were really fresh too. It’s a basic stir fry with ramen type noodles, a few veggies, and a protein5. The cucumber mint limeade was freshly made - it was not artificial at allThis place is an excellent option if you want quick and fresh sushi/modern Asian menu and some refreshing drink options that you can sip on the go.I’ll be back when I’m in the area. Thanks, Muse!“
“Megan was a lovely server. She made perfect recommendations and I could tell she herself was a fan!! The food was super fantastic. The food was delivered hot and the wait wasn't even long. I learned Sergio was the main chef yesterday and his attention to detail as well as presentation were perfection. YUM and YUM times a million.“
“My husband and I ordered online we ordered the beef bulgogi bowl my husband ordered a large bowl with extra meat and white rice and I ordered the regular size with fried rice. It’s a unique experience because they have iPads that scan your order screen and it opens up the locker with your food inside it’s pretty neat. Apart from that the food was so good and hot my fried rice was flavorful but didn’t have an eggy taste it tasted so good with the meat it had veggies and they were perfectly cooked I didn’t order extra meat but I feel like it came with a lot.“
“I came to this taco truck yesterday and it was so good I had to come back by again today!! I tried the steak burrito yesterday and it was amazing, super flavorful, and the salsas were on point. I'm from the valley so that's saying something. Today I decided to try the Pastor burrito and yet again it didn't fail. Amazing customer service, shout out to Lucero for making it with love! There's a shaded bench outside and music for a perfect spring day. Will definitely be coming back!“
“The Market Eatery is such a great place to grab a snack, drink, or a whole meal. Sometimes there's live music or other events that take place on the stage. There's a variety of different foods ranging from sushi to k-dogs. It just depends which food stall you choose. Service is pretty quick with all the vendors. They're good about letting you know if there's a long wait or if a particular dish takes longer to make. The Market Eatery does get slower during peak hours such as dinner time or on the weekends. Plan accordingly.“
“We came here after the little one wanted nigori, and we saw they have it! We did have to ask for it, specifically, because it's not really on their lunch/brunch menu. However, they kindly obliged! The staff were friendly, and the food was great! We have definitely added this to our regular rotation of restaurants!Kid-friendliness: There were at least 2 other families with young children that were there while we ate. All were welcomed warmly and treated kindly.“
“Ok wow - this place impressed me!!! Came on a weekend and they had lunch special - first win. Every entree included a soup, egg roll, and crab Rangoon. All were delicious. I got the hot and sour soup. We got the orange pork and the garlic sauce beef - wow both were so good, flavorful and FRESH!! The orange pork was freshly fries and soooo crispy. Will definitely be back. All of that plus a soft drink out the door around $30 including tip?!? Incredible. Definitely adding to my rotation.“
“Honestly, a pretty decently priced restaurant! And the food is high quality too! Shared an appetizer and the sashimi bowl with a friend and we were both decently full at the end. The takoyaki is so creamy and it comes out nice and warm. Would definitely recommend that. And the sashimi bibimbap is so worth it. For $23 you get a huge bowl of sashimi, rice, and vegetables. And you get to mix it all like bibimbap.“
“Experience a taste sensation like no other! Dive into a broth that's simply divine, twirl around noodles cooked to sheer perfection, and savor chicken that crunches exquisitely with every bite, oozing with flavors that dance on your palate. A heartfelt thanks for an unforgettable culinary journey!“
“The meat was tough and stringy like it had been there for ever. They were out of fries and wings an hour before close which was fine. But there was a huge idle of water on the floor and I put their wet floor sign up. It was my first time trying this place if the lady wasn’t so friendly I would have just left. I think it’s worth giving it another due to the veggie combo being so delicious.“
“We ordered online over the pandemic and really enjoyed it, so we decided to visit in person. Unfortunately, I think the quality has decreased since then. I was surprised by the amount of good reviews; I think it's good but not great. The food is good, but tastes a little cheap: everything tastes watered down. From the salad dressing to the soy sauce and teriyaki chicken. Overall, it was still very enjoyable! They have many options and the food is still tasty. It reminds me of comfort food but Asian; it is cheerful, simple, and satisfying to eat.“
“Came in from AZ to get some great Austin food. One of my clients mentioned Chi'lantro. We bopped in for lunch. I had the famous fries. They were very good! The layers of flavors & sauces were spot on. Perhaps the fries were a little under done. If they been crispier they would have held up to the wet toppings better. My husband had a pop chicken bowl. Very good as well.“
“We went to Jade Asian Fusion restaurant for dinner. Service was friendly and food quite delicious. They have nice bar and a huge rack of wines. We ordered Moo Shu Pork and shrimp fried rice. The quantity of both were so huge we could not finish them. We ended up carrying most of these home. Parking is plenty. Had no problem with it. Fairly good selection of vegetarian options in the menu too. Overall quite pleased and would recommend.Parking: Restaurant is in a strip mall. Plenty of paring was available.“
“It's sad that this place doesn't get more attention. Their dimsum and peking duck (top notch skin) are amazing, and the fact that I don't have to go eat these at certain time on certain days is a huggge plus over New Fortune or Bamboo House.“
“Overall the food is good for the price! Great place to come w groups. They don’t take reservations but they do have a waiting list and we only had to wait 20 mins which wasn’t bad. The live music is a bit loud but gives the atmosphere a nice touch. The cuisine was good, the Pad See Ew with beef was the best thing we ate.“
