Soooooo good! The One Pho is a cute, clean, quaint little spot with wonderful service and a menu packed with vegan options. My vegan pho was absolutely divine, paired with hot tea for the perfect meal. Super filling, tons of flavor, and I love this area too! Definitely adding this one to my Austin rotation.
So glad we stopped to try this place! I had heard good things and we were in the neighborhood. We both had beef pho over the stone. The portions were generous and the flavors excellent! 10/10 would come back!
