We had sushi last night from the Fugu Sushi food truck. Soooooo delicious! Very impressed! Amazing menu! The sashimi was generous portions and tender and cold! Presentation was beautiful!! The miso soup was hot and tasty and big!! My son asked them to deep fry a California roll off menu and loved it! Highly recommend!! Prices are more than fair! We will be back 100%!! Very happy with my choice!! Planning my next visit!
Fugu Sushi SA was absolutely delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and everything came out quickly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for some really good sushi in San Antonio!

Fugusushi SA offers a variety of sushi dishes worth trying, with fast and friendly service. The red dragon roll, Area 51 roll, and San Antonio Rolls are highly recommended, with fresh ingredients. Some find the prices a bit high, but the taste makes up for it. The spicy gyoza is delicious, although some may find the cheese a bit overwhelming. The sashimi comes in generous portions and is tender and cold, while the miso soup is hot and tasty. The menu is amazing, and the presentation is beautiful. Overall, a nice ambiance in a shaded food truck park with good music, outdoor seating, and a relaxed atmosphere adds to the dining experience. Prices are fair, and the service is great. Highly recommended!
