Based on reviews, Ming's at Midtown is an incredible spot with great flavors and great value. The bao buns are fantastic, and the pork belly buns are an absolute must-try. Other popular menu items include the Thai Shrimp Bun, Cubano Bun, smoked pork belly, and the Pokémon themed strawberry matcha drink. The seaweed salad with the pork belly buns works perfectly together. While the food itself is great and very filling, there can be an almost 45-minute wait. Protein portions may not be what some prefer, and it is a bit pricey, but this is justified with the location and quality. The menu is a little tricky, but options like sweet potato noodles with marinated chicken or the spicy cold noodles are available. The espresso brownie is also delicious. Overall, Ming’s at Midtown is a spot worth visiting.
