Great place to have lunch. Not crowded at 2p and the prices are very reasonable. One suggestion: we are going through a water shortage, they need to serve water in 10oz g lol gasses and not serve customers only when they ask for it.
Amazing, authentic San Antonio style Mexican food! Not overpriced & amazing quality of food. Family run & they are the sweetest people. I'm honestly saddened to hear the owner of the building told them they have to be out (selling to make room for more downtown living in sure) without giving them an actual date of when. So any time we could lose this little treasure.

This place is a gem. Reminds me of the taco shops of my youth. Tasty tacos (especially the carne guisada), homemade corn & flour tortillas, and reasonably priced. Also, the tacos are always stuffed. They don’t skimp. This is a family owned local business.Just a note on the carne guisada: I’d say they make exceptional carne guisada. The beef is always fork tender and they are large chunks of meat, not fat. The guisada is well balanced on the spice and not super thick or greasy....read full review
