So this is my first time dining at Colette and may I say it was delightful. Everything from service to food and ambiance, it had it all. I'll consider it an upscale restaurant so don't be surprised with the prices. I came on a valentines date here with my gf and we shared everything we ordered to try as much as we could. Amazing food and exceptional service. The terrace was pleasant, quiet, and with a view to the river. Great variety of drinks and having the Paramour bar is awesome. Highly recommend this French-Latin-Japenese fusion restaurant! Recommend the Aji Mango Ceviche, Beef Tacos, and especially the sushi Arepa! So, there was an event - seems like a company Xmas party , happening there while we dine. I think that may have affected our service. Upon being seated and greeted by our waitress, the service pretty much went down hill from there. It took about 15mins to get our orders placed and then another hour before we got appetizers.
