This is certainly a hidden gem. Do not let location cloud your judgment. This was a great experience. Stopped by and our server Josue G. walked us through the menu. Calamari was tender and very crunchy. Our sushi was excellent. We both ordered the cucumber salad and were very happy with our selection. The prices are great and reasonable. 2nd time visiting this place and went last night for my birthday dinner with my family. Great service, delicious food and presentation, clean restaurant, and I appreciate that I was able to call ahead so we could have some tables ready for a party of 7! I ordered the Three Brothers Roll- delicious and a little spicy with thin slices of jalapeño ? my other family members ordered tuna poke bowl, beef & shrimp yakisoba, chicken teriyaki, and sesame chicken. Food was fantastic the service was great and I fully intend on being back soon. This is possibly the best quality Japanese food in the city as of 2024.If you have ever dined at Fujiya before they closed the atmosphere in this place is similar to the atmosphere on the bar side of Fujiya but that's not a bad thing it's very casual friendly and just all around awesome.Please understand that my comparing Fujiya is the absolute highest praise.Vegetarian options: I highly recommend...read full review
