We've come here like 10+ times and always order the shrimp yaki soba and that sauce (It's always so good). The woman with the red hair that's always there is so kind, we love her. ??
I had previously only ordered thru uber eats and loved the food so much I decided to eat dinner here. The food was even better in person and I love the atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to try more items. The menu is so extensive and everything I've tried so far has been beyond my expectations. Try the ichiban salad with hibachi chicken and yami sauce or the miso Ramen with pork belly. Oh and the fried dumplings. You won't be disappointed.

Visited Ichiban at 7pm on a Saturday, party of two. There was no wait, and we were seated immediately. There was only one server, and she bounced between the tables, but we never felt overlooked.We ended up getting the fried gyoza and cheesestick appetizer.
