Visited Ichiban at 7pm on a Saturday, party of two. There was no wait, and we were seated immediately. There was only one server, and she bounced between the tables, but we never felt overlooked.We ended up getting the fried gyoza and cheesestick appetizer. Both very good and perfectly cooked and crispy. We each got a hibachi plate, no veggies. I got the steak and scallops. The steak was standard hibachi steak, but the scallops were outstanding. Perfectly cooked. My wife got the steak and chicken, and she enjoyed them and our oldest son enjoyed her leftovers.The pricing was amazing. Nearly half the cost of the more showy restaurants with shows, and just as quality cooked. We'll definitely come back.
We've come here like 10+ times and always order the shrimp yaki soba and that sauce (It's always so good). The woman with the red hair that's always there is so kind, we love her. ??

I had previously only ordered thru uber eats and loved the food so much I decided to eat dinner here. The food was even better in person and I love the atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to try more items. The menu is so extensive and everything I've tried so far has been beyond my expectations. Try the ichiban salad with hibachi chicken and yami sauce or the miso Ramen with pork belly. Oh and the fried dumplings. You won't be disappointed.
Had the spicy miso ramen and the broth taste watered down and doesnt have much flavor. Ive had more flavor in the nogshim ramens. Also its not a ajitama egg its actually a boiled egg that is served in their ramen. The pork belly has a nice color however i can tell it was not marinated long enough. Im sure other things on the menu they have are better. However this was a lackluster experience and overall a let down. Seems like they cook in a rush and dont let the flavors set in. My experience based off their broth / egg / porkbelly

It’s quiet and cozy here, perfect for a date. The service and speed of the food arriving is absolutely exceptional! The food is delicious and the meat (both chicken and steak) is perfectly tender. It has amazing lunch prices for how good it is! I’ll definitely be returning here soon.

Honestly really good food and the server was fast and friendly. I haven’t had a good experience eating out in awhile ,since before Covid, this place has given me hope again.
