Teriyaki Madness is a restaurant where the staff are sweet, friendly, and helpful. The cashier explained the menu really well and let customers sample some sauces which were so delicious. The customer service was outstanding and made people feel so welcomed. They helped customers get to know their menu and made it very understandable. The food came out quick and was hot and tasty. The chicken Katsu and crab rangoons are delicious. The Steak bowl already came perfectly seasoned, with tender meat and good veggies. The regular sized bowl with spicy orange chicken (grilled) over fried rice and veggies is so delicious. The kids and adults enjoyed their noodle and rice bowls. The junior size is great for adults and kids, especially with a combo with a drink and egg roll. The food is amazing, incredible, fast, and FRESH. They do an excellent job with catering for work, and they are efficient, accurate and good. The bundles are loved by staff. The place is clean. However, there was a concern about food safety standards when an employee had to be asked to wash her hands. The manager should also let employees know when to call if there is an issue.
