We had a fantastic experience at Las Palapas, and a big part of that was our waitress, Krystal! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us at just the right times, and made excellent menu recommendations. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never made us feel rushed and provided outstanding service with a great attitude.
