I ordered three sandwiches from this location on Apr 1 right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
Well I went to the I-10 location to pick them up and of course they had no idea who I was, so I ordered again. But I had already paid the 281 location $26 for them.

I love Schlotzsky's. Sandwiches are excellent!!!

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers incredible service and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is described as super friendly, very accommodating, and always smiling, making the experience 5-stars. The food is hot, delicious, and fresh to order. The menu includes kids pizzas that come with cookies, though the cookies changed from large to two smaller ones. The location has a great atmosphere with the smells of Cinnabon desserts. The manager is helpful with special requests. However, the only location will not include garlic bread with soup unless requested, and sometimes it is hard to find a clean table.
