This Palapas headquarters has a very good location, but it is not very pleasant compared to other locations. The distribution of the tables does not give a cozy feeling to the place, the service was not the best, there were few staff and very distracted to serve. I didn't find napkins on the table like in most Las Palapas. I do not recommend this location, there are many better ones in the city.

Called store and let them know they forgot some of my order. Manager made me feel like I was lying to him and that he personally checked my order. I did not like that. Was offered free food next time I come by but that is not what I wanted. He did not acknowledge that they had messed up. My coworkers did not get their full meals. That left me with a bad customer experience. I would have preferred a refund of the items missing.

We love this place. The food is delicious food but we come back again and again for the service. Alma always makes us feel like family when we come in. ♥️
Food was fresh and delicious. Even though it was near closing time (….we’re from out of town and starving otherwise would never go to a restaurant al close to closing).They seated us quickly and provided menus and drinks right away. Our meals tasted fresh and nothing wrong with our meals.The staff did come out at some point to ask if we needed anything else as they would be closing down the kitchen soon. That was very kind of them to ask.If we are ever traveling back through here, we will definitely visit again!!

I love almost everything at Las Palapas. Today we tried the melon margarita, which was margarita of the month, and it was absolutely delicious. My Monga margarita was great as well. I was craving their tortilla soup which is my favorite. I think it's a great price for the flautas the beans and the soup. The chicken flauta and beans are really good.I would definitely order again.
