Had the chicken enchilada plate and wow, they were delicious. LOTS of shredded chicken. The sauce was to die for, and there was enough left over to mix most of my rice into. Great stuff. Thanks!
We had had this food truck come to our school a couple of times for staff. The food is amazing!! The ladies are so kind and helpful. I even buy food to take home for dinner when they come.
