I will say, once you get past the initial feeling of being overwhelmed trying to figure it all out, it's not so bad. I felt like the server did an okay job of explaining things, but I got confused and very overwhelmed at first. You order a soup base, and all your add-ins. If you get both ramen/soup and the grill items, it's $5 extra. You can order from both menus. You only get one broth so make sure you like what you choose. Everything else was fine. All-You-Can-Eat Heaven! Wild Japanese BBQ and Shabu hits the spot! Huge selection of items, delicious shabu broth, and lightning-fast service. We barely finished ordering and the food started arriving!

This is our favorite in San Antonio. Great service, great choices for barbecue and shabu shabu. Make sure to get in line early if you go on the weekends this place gets really crowded.
