First time going and it was horribly explained. The soup was served and it was up to you to figure out the silverware and the plates you would use to eat your soup. The dinning setup for anything over 4 people in my opinion was not very well planned out. Also their eating policy about the time frame you need to adhere to or get charged needs to be explained from the beginning and clearly illustrated on their website. This place is really good. In my opinion for the amount of food you get (All you can eat) the price isn't bad. The restaurant is very clean and atmosphere is nice. The waitress was really nice and showed my wife and I how to navigate the menu.
