Apart from the girl having attitude. She did not ask what size of combo or drink I wanted. I believe she gave me the worst burger that I have had from this location on purpose . Maybe my wife shouldn't have pointed out the fact that she was giving her attitude. Hopefully the banana splits are better.

Selling small strawberry blizzard with you paying for extra strawberry, yet they have no strawberries. They are just adding syrup. Not one employee informed me, not one apology when I talked to supervisor. I been here 10 months, and their is so slow. And now this?

My wife went for the Thursday taco special and the people in the drive-through lied to my wife saying they were out of tacos. The manager finally comes on and says we have the taco meat, but it’s frozen. So basically the day that you have a special you decide not to cook anything so you can tell people you’re out of tacos. It’s real sad you have to resort to lying just so you don’t wanna honor specials.

Very long wait. My order was not complete, but the worst part was the food. I had re recently order from another location and everything was much better.

I’ve visited this location three times now. The first two times were lovely, this past time, not so much. Speaking on the first two times, I ordered a cookie dough blizzard minus the chocolate/fudge syrup. The experience was smooth, I was in and out of the drive through in no time. This past time, the person had me repeat myself several times before telling to pull to the window where I was handed the wrong order. They were rather rude about it as well. It would’ve made the most sense to have me restate my order at the window if they still didn’t hear me. My order was remade and I was on my way once I paid. Something else unfortunate about this particular location is not only do they not use the app but they don’t give the receipt in which you can scan to make up for the points you would have received. So, I’ll be looking for another location. Blizzard-wise, my order was always top notch. I loved how I could get bits and pieces of cookie dough in each bite, some larger than others. Very nice. A nice summer treat given the heat.

Best soft serve around! Just go treat yourself. There is some construction rerouting the traffic flow, so be careful on GPS to not miss the entrance.

Took way too long to get my food. Ordered inside and watched as 4 people who ordered after me were served first. There was also an issue with the soft serve. He had to attempt three times before my dipped cone was 'done'. Mess of ice cream and chocolate. Manager or team lead looked annoyed and angry at everyone like it was personal. Mess
