I went through the drive through and bought 2 drinks 1 sandwich and a dozen doughnuts. When I asked about free donut and tote. I was told you have to buy a donut. I told the young man no it shows right here on the app if you buy a drink its a free donut and tote for each drink. He told me no I was wrong I have to buy a donut. I said okay I bought 12 and he then told me no single ones. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I will not be going to this Dunkin ever again. Will make sure to tell family and friends how rude and ugly I was treated! And to not go to this Dunkin!

I never go to Dunkin’ Donuts but I had gotten coupons in the mail so I was like why not. Well yesterday 11/22/25 I used the coupon for an iced coffee a specialty one which was an extra charge but I was fine with that the cashier was super helpful made it very easy. Today 11/23/25 I went again since I had the same coupon it was a different cashier girl telling me they were not able to honor the coupon. When the girl literally yesterday was able to no problem so I asked her to ask another worker or manager cause it was perfectly fine the day before the guy she asked just kinda kept shrugging his shoulders and throwing his hands around like he was annoyed. She then opened the window and told me again they can’t do that so I just left without the coffee even thought it was clearly already made and everything. If I’m gonna spend a lot of money on a good coffee I’ll just go to Starbucks. I have a lot of coupons they sent in the mail but I’m not even gonna attempt to waste my time at Dunkin.

I have tried going to this dunkin multiple times. I will get there at 650 on weekdays. They close at 7. They pack everything up like 30 minutes before the store closes so the can leave at 7 on the dot. When I worked these jobs we would clean up a little but pull stuff out if someone came in. They just tell me they can't help me. I get wanting to leave AT 7 but idk man this is a job. Anyways I'm in the area alot and would go quite a bit but nah. We'll find somewhere else.

-never cleaned out the milk or iced coffee machine so it was constantly mold inside.
Imma be honest that’s not the worst but yall should just get some donuts from H-E-B or shipleyls and make coffee at home.
Why pay your hard earn money at this establishment when it’s nothing but unsanitary and you don’t get what you asked for!

I am not at all shocked by any of these reviews when it comes to the employees who work there. This specific location is very close to my house, which is why I come Every single time I come it’s like the employees are agitated That they have to serve customers. A lot of them are very rude and definitely should not work there or any place that you have to talk to customers. Especially the employee that is skinny and very hard to tell if it’s a boy or a girl honestly.
