El Chaparral's management has decided that a good way to treat their customers is to now charge them $15 for the privilege of reserving a table to spend your hard-earned money at their business. They now use a 3rd party reservation company that charges $15 for the reservation alone. This amount is not credited to total bill; it is simply for the reservation itself. online for take out and did not get one of the 3 items I ordered. I was told the item was only available for breakfast (menudo). For a refund, I’d have to go back online. The food I did get was awful
