I love their spicy package. The chicken is good and the mashed potatoes remind me of the mashed potatoes I used to get in school(back when the schools had good food). It’s a great location also. Customer service is always good. Smiles and a thank you are a great thing on a bad day, and this Golden Chick has all of the above.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The seafood plate servings were something I'd order off a kids menu. Nothing like how they advertise. Would not recommend or come again.

I love the food but placing improper lids on items is not a fix. The lids do not stay on properly and explode. This is for sides and drinks. I called to let the people working know and Aiden who answered the phone was very nice and apologetic. This is what they were instructed to do by upper management. Aiden was able to problem solve and had several solutions to get this fixed since their normal distribution doesn’t t have the items in stock. Management should be listening and taking action and not bandaid the problem.

My family enjoys the food here. My wife and I are particularly fond of the chicken tenders and the fried okra. Their mac and cheese is better than KFC's. And, honestly, the chicken is a lot better too.

Omg.... them yeast rolls are on point. They come with your meal. You can also do a side order of just the rolls. These rolls are legit on point! They're hot, soft, moist, buttery and full of deliciousness. I cannot believe it took me so long to visit this place. They currently have a boneless wing special going on. I decided to order the special and they're pretty good. I went with Buffalo flavor and it's the good Buffalo sauce that has that buttery taste to it. Oh and did I mention corn nuggets!!!! Yes, they sell corn nuggets!!! That's a win in my book. I'll definitely be visiting Golden Chick again.

For fast food, the food isn’t that bad. However, the customer service needs some help. Those working seemed to have the attitude that they did NOT want to be there. No smiles, no “hello’s, no “can I help you.” They forgot an item that we ordered. My wife went to tell them, they acted as if it was our fault. Golden Chick would be a great place if they would train their employees at this location customer service.

I came to this location for lunch 11/17. I repeated my order three times in drive thru to try to get it right. It was not complex; four piece tender meal and a chicken sandwich meal with the sandwich plain. When I got to window I repeated once again and was told that the sandwich was already made and not plain. I was told that I could remove the sauce and pickles because they could not make another sandwich. Needless to say that I left after this poor service and went elsewhere. I usually don't go to this location because of poor quality and service but wanted to try again. Will not be going back, many other choices in area. There is a reason there is barely a line during peak hours at this location.

This location was near my house, among several other fried chicken chain restaurants, so thought I'd give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! Ordered the family meal. Loved having an order of half roasted and half fried chicken. The serving of okra as a side was huge! And the dirty rice alone was worth coming back for, so delicious. You have to get the rolls, probably an extra order. They were awesome! I don't know what they did to their sweet tea, but it was seriously the Best I've Ever Tasted. Way to go Golden Chick! Delicious.

I grade on a curve based on expectations. Fast food gets more leeway than fine dining. That said, the improvement since new management took over a few weeks ago is vast and impressive. The food (tenders, potatoes and a roll) was flavorful and hot. The restaurant was clean (noticeably updated) and welcoming. And the staff was expedient and friendly! Bump them up from a 2 on my last visit, to a solid 5 now. Only recommendation... It's weird that all 4 TVs are in the same corner. 2 where only a single table can view them. Consider moving them out to the larger seating area to make it more enticing for people to dine in! You're welcome.

WOW. I ordered a 2 piece Golden Roast and Cole Slaw for my side. I got a leg that truly was from baby chick and the wing of that baby chick. Oh and no Cole slaw. This was my first and last time ever going there. I expected so much more. Oh and the price online for a 2 piece roast combo is $7.76. I got charged $8.49. I wouldn't have minded the .73 cents but come on.

If you don’t have a 10 piece chicken all fried then why wasn’t it said on the drive thru? Just tell the customer you don’t have it at the moment and how long the wait is. I wasn’t told a wait time. I would have waited honestly. But if there’s nothing else said and that you didn’t have the product then customers will assume you’re just out of it completely. I know it only takes about 18 minutes for fried chicken to cook. I was an employee….the boy in the blue shirt with curly hair and glasses should be trained better by the management on explaining to the customers on wait time and being upfront immediately with what product can be sold or not be sold.
