I’ve been going to this little Caesar’s for the last year and will not be returning. This site is always understaffed and food is lukewarm at best. However, I will share tonight’s experience for this review. I order my food at 545 and was issued an estimated pickup time of 6:12-6:17. I arrived at this location at 6:12 and decided to wait inside although my food was not ready yet. During my time there I noticed there was only one worker manning both the front and cooking. One other employee entered and left just as quickly so I am to assume that was the single delivery driver employed. Two people came in during my wait to ask about hot n ready pizzas, the response by the worker was, “let me see if this pizza is still good or not”. At one point a man came in, ordered the cheese pizza bites, paid his $4.36 and left. After which the worker returned to the back to continue cooking. Maybe within a minute the man came back in, took a 2 liter cherry Pepsi from the refrigerator at the front, walked out and left without paying for it. How much inventory must you lose weekly because customers have gotten wise to your practice of leaving your facility understaffed and the front of your store unmanned? My food wasn’t ready until 6:42. Let me rephrase that, I wasn’t GIVEN my food until this time because I watched the majority of it sit on the table in the back for a fair portion of my wait. My food wasn’t even warm when I got it to my car. To the owner of the establishment, do better. Keep your establishment appropriately staffed or shut down. There is another little Caesar’s just 4 miles away from you on Culebra and they will be receiving my business from this day forward. To the poor employee being worked to the bone for what I assume is barely minimum wage, I hope you find an employer who values your time and work because this owner clearly doesn’t care to adequately support his staff in numbers.

I placed a large order online for pick-up a day before a company Halloween party. It came fresh out of the oven, ready for pick up within the timeframe, and the order was correct. Everybody was satisfied and impressed it was from Lil’ Caesars! Thanks, would order again!

So much for hot and ready because there were not any at all so had to wait 15-20 mins for plain cheese pizza and it’s dinner time…terrible terrible, I guess you need to preorder from now on I guess

Very rude, the supposed manager was mad because I would not take the old pizza cups and I requested fresh ones. He purposely made me wait 30 mins and they were disfigured and half the size. I will never visit this location again. Sloppy service. I wish I could post a picture so you could see what I was given. A what mess!!! Go elsewhere don't waste your time!

Poor customer service ordered a pizza and waited 20 min to find out employee put pizza in the ready over and didn't call my name , asked for a pizza on the house , employee called his mgr on the phone to ask what to do , and he stated his mgr said he couldn't give pizza on the house for there mistake , poor management team !!

I bought a stuffed crust pizza to enjoy with my three kids. My kids and I love sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top, as many people do. I asked the employee at the counter for a few packets of parmesan cheese. The employee scoffed and said, “We’re out of Parmesan cheese. Don’t you have enough cheese in the stuffed crust?” I’ve been to so many pizza restaurants for 30 some years. I’ve eaten Little Caesars for nearly as long, and I’ve never been told something so rude and ridiculous. Who cares if I want to top my cheese stuffed, cheese topped pizza with Parmesan cheese? If I’m a paying customer, I’d like to add whatever FREE toppings I’d like, without being judged. Shame on the employee and shame on the franchisee for employing such a condescending person. Pizza was good though, could’ve been better without the attitude.
Staff are nice and great but they obviously need WAY more. I went in and waited over 50 minutes for a single pizza.... the line was out the door. Other than that, no complaints.

Never hot n ready. Always a wait. I've ordered for delivery and always wrong requiring me to get in my car and pick up the right order. I come in for hot & ready and have to wait 20 min for it. Management needs to get proper staffing & training in place. If u advertise hot & ready, then that should always be available. Consistently this place is always catching up rather than being on their game.

Horrible experience. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for two pizzas. I have ‘Never’ in my entire life of 54 years, waited that long for pizzas! I know they may be short handed or inexperienced, but this is a business. And the owner should be fix what most people in this community already experienced. Also, please pictures of the final product I received. Not even the Pineapple like we ordered, its banana pepper! Ugh!

I went in and ordered two Hot and readys I was told it would be a 15 minute wait well 45 minutes later I’m still waiting for my pizzas. Management if they have any is absolutely horrible, the employees walk around like they know nothing about what they are doing. I noticed an older man in the back I guess he was the owner he was helping out but didn’t seem too interested on what else was going on I know he kept hearing the door ringer going off with people coming in but never once looked out front. I finally got the pizzas went home to finally enjoy them and they were under cooked so I had to put them in my oven and finish the job it took them so long to attempt to do. This location used to be a pretty good place but has gone down the drain the last few months. I’m glad for the owner I’m sure he makes good money but feel sorry for the customers who have to suffer with poor service.
