At no point did I receive the pizza or any courtesy call from either Pizza Hut or DoorDash to address the situation. When I finally reached someone at Pizza Hut, the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed that a DoorDash driver had “stolen” the pizza and refused to make another one, directing me to contact DoorDash for a refund. When I called DoorDash, they told me to contact Pizza Hut for the refund.

Ordered their new Buffalo Chicken melt. Said it came with buffalo sauce however, there wasn’t any. Not even on the side for dipping. It was plain. There were only 3 little pieces of chicken in each cut (I mean little pieces). Tried to call 3 different times and no one would answer the phone.
