This place used to be a hoppen place. Now days its just a dull no salad bar no music no nothing barely any decorations on the wall. It just feels dead inside. Wish we had the pizza hut back in the days back.

Don't expect good service at the pizza hut in helotes went in and ordered for dine in. I could tell something was not right when I was ordering they really don't want to have no one dining in he brought the pizza in the box threw on the table with paper plates no napkins no spatula. You open the box there's no room on the table to eat there's no napkins or pepper or cheese nothing on the table you have buy it separate the guy that brought the pizza out he looked dirty it's not like when pizza hut had servers and they brought out the pizza on a pizza plater they had condiments on the table they would have full salad bar cold ice mugs draft beer and customer service the manger is rude and was eating behind the counter with her hands and then going to the register

The value of customer service is hard to find and this pizza hut is an example the employees looked really dirty the manger clothes and hair looked dirty she is rude they have no inside menus they charge for the pepper and Parmesan there good to charge you over 20 dollars for a pizza but can't even give you a small package of peppers or Chess they don't have no customer service hygiene and appearance is bad restroom light wasn't working it stunk in there when I use the flashlight on my phone it was dirty and the toilet wasn't flushed bad service bad attitude dirty employees the restraint chairs were all dirty and dirty tables there wasn't even anyone in the dining room this establishment needs some training on there work ethic and hygiene and customer service

Christy was very attentive when I maxe a request for an order I had just finished placing over their app, she immediately told the other staff my request before I was even off the phone, I’ve had top notch service from this place for years

At no point did I receive the pizza or any courtesy call from either Pizza Hut or DoorDash to address the situation. When I finally reached someone at Pizza Hut, the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed that a DoorDash driver had “stolen” the pizza and refused to make another one, directing me to contact DoorDash for a refund. When I called DoorDash, they told me to contact Pizza Hut for the refund.
This level of service from both Pizza Hut and DoorDash is unacceptable. I did not receive the product I paid for, and I have been caught in a blame game between your two organizations.

Usually not a fan of fast food, or take out pizza, but grabbed some from here today. Didn't taste bad, but dough was pretty raw and had a assload of rag fibers or something on the bottom of the bottom of the whole pizza. The workers are nice and cool though :p
