I usually just my Barbacoa at HEB, but they were out so we decided to try Rios. We only got 1/2 lb., and the small container was packed full. The meat was very lean and not greasy at all. At first, I thought $8 was a lot, but it was worth it and this is where I will be buying from now on.
Our family considers themselves barbacoa aficionados!Rios does not disappoint! The flavor is delicious and it’s seasoned perfectly- not overly salty like other places.The establishment is very clean which always adds a great layer to food service.We have found our new babacoa spot!
