This is the best place for wild game processing. I recommend Schotts to all my clients. From bacon wrapped chopped steaks to chorizo and buck sticks and sausage. It’s all top notch. I purchased the bacon wrapped jalapeño popper stuffed chicken yesterday. It is a 10 out of 10. So easy to make and it’s big enough to share. I made it for dinner last night and I’m having it for lunch today. The broccoli cheese and rice stuffed bacon wrapped chicken thighs are equally as good....read full review

The meat is consistently next level—our entire family loves the wagyu fajita meat. It’s a go-to favorite in our house, along with the queso!
