teach your employees how to be respectful.
2 employees approached my vehicle to argue about an order I placed (2 fries and 2 mini blasts....not a complicated order at all). it was a terrible experience and I will never return to this location. I'll drive the 5mins to braun and 1604 for better service
930pm Sat 10/23..Sat in drive thru for 15 min..No response. Then employee finally talks and states it will be at leaat 15-20 min for.my order. I stated I.just need a bag of ice. She stated we are short staffed and it will still be 15'20 min. You should s2riously consider closing your restaurant if you are going to treat customers.this way!!
