Terrible service on October 15, 2024, despite waiting more than 20 minutes to serve a person before me, I chose to scan the menu in Spanish and the only clerk there and with a terrible attitude confused me that I should not take photos , that what my problem was, something that I showed him was not true, he did not want to apologize and I left complaining both about the wait and how they treated me!!! Thin young man with a thin beard and he didn't want to give me his name. This happened around 6 pm!!!

I ordered a Tuna Sandwich. 2nd time there was no wheat bread. Bread substituted was so hard I had to discard it & use my own bread. They had no spinach & lettuce looked old. Will not return.

Went to this store at 835pm amd says close at 10pm but they were closed already and the girl was inside and just shook her head when he said it was 830pm not 10. Very disappointed. Should of know this store always is out of stuff and very poor customer service.

Young lady at the counter was amazing (Jazlynn) she was overwhelmed with the amount of people in line. I can’t believe that any manager would allow for this to happen it was 6:45 pm. Not only did she have 13 people in line, she also had online orders come in. Though she was professional and proficient at helping us. There was a rude customer and she handled it perfectly. Several customers did walk out when they saw the line and only one staff member. Shame on the manager!

The kid did not know the recipe. Then he just put some stuff on a bun and rolled it up. He was wearing a dirty hat and a fishing shirt. I think he was just a guy who came in for a sandwich and decided to work for the day. No manager...really wierd experience! I will probably not go back to this location for a while even though it is convenient.

I want to be truthful the service was not great at all ? I did not want to give this restaurant any star ✨ The servers look liked they hated there ? job they were not friendly there were only 2 workers one worker was lazy the food was not so great I told the worker there was flies on the food portion of the food was not covered the floors was dirty, the table was dirty, I had a bad experience my friend also was very disappointed said he was going to report this subway. Maybe this survey will help you make better changes .

Just had a great experience a few minutes ago. Couple of younger guys working the restaurant. So respectful to the customers, and really great with my order. Seems like you can't get good service anymore, but these guys at this location tonight nailed it. Will be happy to go back again
