My server was super patient with me as I was having trouble deciding. He made the sandwich exactly as I asked him too. Zero complaints about service. The bread was a little off today. It fell apart very quickly and made the sandwich very difficult to eat. Also the meet wasn't as good as it has been in the past. Which is a bummer.
I mean it’s subway, they may have made a mistake on an order one time but they made it right fast. And honestly, the foods and using the app has always been great. So much better than it may have been years ago. And this one is in Helotes, perfectly placed near the Helotes Hill Country making it super convenient to get my subway fix when I’m craving it. Kudos
Young lady at the counter was amazing (Jazlynn) she was overwhelmed with the amount of people in line. I can’t believe that any manager would allow for this to happen it was 6:45 pm. Not only did she have 13 people in line, she also had online orders come in. Though she was professional and proficient at helping us. There was a rude customer and she handled it perfectly. Several customers did walk out when they saw the line and only one staff member. Shame on the manager!
