First time eating here. It’s a little pricey for what you’re getting. The burger meat was undercooked, so I did not eat it. Since I was in a rush, I didn’t have time to request a new cooked burger. Spouse’s burger was also undercooked. I’m not sure if you have to request well done. Atmosphere was nice. Tables and floors were clean. Music was too loud, so it was hard to carry a conversation with spouse. Fries are shoe string, so very thin. Ordered half and half (onion rings and fries) and received full order of fries and four onion rings. Overall, it was not bad, just needed a well done burger.

Burger and sandwich were both juicy and fresh. Sweet potato fries were wonderful. The girls at the front were very friendly and helpful. Good came out very fast.
The back has a great area for kids, plenty of seating inside and out!

It was lunch time when we stopped in, and there was not much of a crowd. This was nice because we didn't wait long at all for our food.😁 The sports memorabilia around the restaurant was great to look at and put up very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and would recommend my family and friends to eat here.

Was not expecting store bought frozen burger patties at a local establishment. A quarter pounder with cheese from mcdonalds is more juicy and has more flavor which is not saying much. If this place wants to exist long term, they need to use fresh ground beef especially at the price you pay for it.

Great foods, great atmosphere, fantastic employees. Highly recommend . Very unique place to sit and enjoy eating with friends or even alone. Since Jim's is no longer in Helotes, be even better if they served breakfast. We would eat there for every day for breakfast. Just a suggestion.

Went to eat there for the first time and were absolutely impressed. Great atmosphere, amazing hospitality and delicious food. Clean, quiet, great prices, and friendly staff. Definitely the best restaurant experience I’ve had at an establishment in a while. Highly recommend!
Ordered the Charlie's Original Burger: according to the menu this is a well seasoned juicy patty, American cheese, lettuce, beef steak tomato and kosher pickles, can get the patty either 1/3 ($9.50) or 1/2 pound ($10.50)
I was given the shoestring fries $3.50
Total with drink: $15.60
The burger was ok, didn't really taste much of any seasoning, the tomato was the one thing I tasted the most 😂
I will say, the girls at the front taking orders need to be trained in better customer service, no greeting what so ever. Asked what side I wanted I said French fries, wasn't even asked if I wanted the shoe string or the crinkle fries.
For just a regular burger I think its a bit much with lack of customer service this is a one and done for me.

Third time here since they have opened. First time was slow due to just opening, second time slow and place was pretty empty, but this time waiting 40 minutes for a to go order. Not good. Place is clean and good atmosphere, but having to wait that long on a meal is unacceptable in any restaurant. Work on this because timing will kill a restaurant. Probably last time eating here. Love to support local but not for this wait.

Stopped in for lunch and it was definitely a good choice! All the food was very fresh and obviously scratch made. Excellent selection of food & drink choices. Kids friendly.menu as well. We sat inside but they do have outdoor seating as well. We all really enjoyed our meals. Will definitely be back
