The rooms are very rustic but livable. The mattress was ok for one night but that wa about it. The floor in the room seemed to have had a leak from the refrigerator and there was a slight moldy smell. I mean the stay was not bad at all. For the price, peace, and quiet, it was worth it. They just need to think about some routine maintenance. Oh, and bring back the Grill to add more convenience to the stay.

Fin & Feather Resort is a well-maintained and clean destination with a pleasant presentation. The resort features a nice pavilion, on-site store, restaurant, pool, and RV spots, although the latter can be pricey for monthly rentals. The rooms are comfortable and clean, if a bit dated. The staff and guests are friendly, making for a great time. The resort is situated on beautiful Toledo Bend Reservoir, ideal for those with a boat for fishing and water sports. However, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep hills. Despite some drawbacks, Fin & Feather Resort has potential and is a great spot for a relaxing getaway.
