Just when we thought TX couldn't make sausage gravy we found this diamond in the ruff. We had the breakfast buffet and WOW was it amazing. Homemade biscuits and ssusage gravy , sausage, LG bacon, hash browns, and the best scramble eggs. We live in TX and were on vacation. We will return again. This is a must for breakfast. The waitress was sweet.

Country Cooking Cafe offers an easy-to-read menu with delicious options. Their service is friendly and attentive, quick to refill drinks before they're empty. The rolls are a standout, even surpassing Texas Roadhouse's in taste. Breakfast features excellent omelets and outstanding "cat head" biscuits. Despite some uncomfortable experiences for some customers, the food makes it a great dining option.
