This KFC Cashier made sure that my order was what I wanted and the Cashier pointed out to me that I can do their survey for a free meal. The food was fresh and good.This was a pleasant stop as I came from Jacksonville Texas and was hungry.

This place is absolutely filthy, We were there at 11am and only 1 customer in the place. 5 workers standing around,not one cleaning which was obviously from the previous day. It says "open under new management" I think they need a training session on cleaning.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The employees are very friendly and when you walk in the door they will welcome you in! That is a quality that is rarely found at a fast food restaurant! I enjoy everything about this restaurant although their food is not made as you order it, they are quick when you come to the drive thru or if you come to the doors. The only hang up about this particular restaurant is that Taco Bell stays open until 1 a.m. but they stop cooking chicken at 10 p.m. so if you show up late want to see chicken. They do have a lot to offer on their*))p] menu whether it is Taco Bell or KFC. Focusing on it KFC part of the restaurant their chicken has always been fresh whenever we show up there and their drive-thru service is extremely fast. They have never gotten our order wrong although a time or two they have been known to forget to put our dessert in the bag if we order one. We always make a point to look for the desert LOL. All in all both restaurants are great Where We Are thankful that we have them here in our town.)

This is exactly what I told the guy at the counter. Sorry I stopped here. First the restaurant is run down. This I can get over. Next they said it would be 6 minutes for chicken tenders but then changed it. When I asked for mild sauce, he told me they always run out because it is so popular! Sounds like a hint to order more. Then when we started driving we realized they didn't put all of the food in the bag and no napkins. The food was only marginal. Would NEVER stop here again even if I was starving. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Food is great but service is always horrible. They only give one package of sauce per item. They never ask if you even NEED any or any napkins... Horrible

Although the food was decent, some serious cleaning needs to happen at this location. Most of the tables, including booths and seats, needed wiped down, the floor was sticky in most places, and the bathrooms needed attention. Also, even though their prices have increased substantially over the last couple years, the food and service have not improved.
