I’ve gone to Starbucks locations all over the world. I am well-versed on how the app works. I have a family member who is in prison in Henderson, so I go to this location every weekend I’m in town before I hit the road after my visit is over. Today, the woman at the window, try to school me on how to use the app. I placed my order well in advance. This is the only location that seems to have an issue with it. And the way she spoke to me today was extremely disrespectful. And it all stemmed when I asked for napkins and she didn’t hear me the first time so I stayed at the drive-through staring at the window to get her attention so I could ask for them again. I got two things of food, there’s no reason I shouldn’t have been given napkins to begin with. Regardless, I guess she was embarrassed that she didn’t handle the order properly and tried to be rude. That is not OK. I will no longer be visiting this location.

Good coffee and very nice service, but music is too loud. Outdoor seating is available but has excessive noise from heavy traffic on the adjacent 6-lane highway

If I could give this location less than one star I would. The women employees are always extremely rude & call paying customers derogatory names. I made a mobile order. Mind you, I’m big & pregnant so I didn’t want to go in. There was a huge line of cars ahead of me & they made me go park & wait for “5 minutes” before either getting back in line or coming inside. So I got back in line & they said my drink was ready. I paid for extra cold foam in a venti drink…. got my drink & there was basically no cold foam in the drink. I asked if more could be added.. the girl seemed annoyed I even bothered her & asked. She asked the “manager” making the drinks & the manager said no she wouldn’t add more because extra was already added. I asked if I could pay for more, they said no. So I can’t buy extra foam or have some added.. but y’all give dogs free whipped cream cups… Interesting. The dark haired younger guys are the only kind ones that work there. Everyone else is rude & seems to hate their job. I normally try to go to Sippy’s or Campfire Coffee because the atmosphere is so much better. They value their customers & treat them with kindness & respect. 7 Brew is also coming to Hendo & they are so happy & kind every visit.. customers questions are never an issue. Do yourself a favor & take your business anywhere but this location!

I’m giving my service 2 stars because I love my apple crisp macchiatos when they are in season, HOWEVER, I paid for a breakfast sandwich as well and the bacon was raw. I don’t live in town, and driving back up there is just impractical. Coffee and refresher drinks have their inconsistencies sometimes, but raw bacon, come on.

The staff is really nice. I am just confused on their refill policy. It used to be that if you stayed in the store you got a refill for pretty cheap. It would only cost about a $1 or so. When I asked for a refill he told me he would have to re ring me up and that it was the same price. I just want to know the policy. I was not really planning on spending $16 on coffee to study. Just would like some clarification about this location. Thank you!

this woman with a country accent and red hair was very rude. i placed a mobile order and accidentally ordered a tall instead of a venti, i asked her if i can pay the difference to get it in a venti. she said her “policy” didn’t allow it. i work at starbucks as well and it’s never a problem to ask. i got to the window and got my mobile order, after i gave her my partner numbers, then proceeded to ask me for my id after my mobile order is in my name. this is by far one of the worst experiences i had. didn’t not make the moment right nor no customer connection witch is the policy. very unhappy with this experience today
