Love this place. My breakfast stop when returning home to Houston. Just a great basic cafe. Great food. Breakfast. Hash browns are cooked perfectly. Not greasy. Crisp. Same for eggs. They will cook pancakes to whatever size you want. The wait staff keeps the coffee coming. Old town service. They have a bar now which I have not tried. I did try the buffet. Good stuff. As good as grandma’s. You gotta visit.
Food was great. I had catfish with fries and okra. My wife had ribeye steak and it was so good. I tried it 😁. Little bit on the thin side 1/2” but had great char taste like it came off the grill. Only gave a 4 star on the atmosphere was every time someone open the front door a rush of hot air hit me. Sweet tea was great just ask for a lemon.

Quiet little cafe right off 79 in Henderson. Was looking for a buffet and this showed up
No buffet though. Food was good. Had chicken fried steak, fries and a side salad. Good price and friendly service. The sweet tea was very good.Fries was great!
