Terrible customer service. No carbonation in fountain drinks. When asked the employees just said it’s broken. There was no offer of my money back for the drinks I paid for. Employees stood around laughing at their inability to serve customers for items ordered and paid for.
Friendly service. Ice cream was good. Server guy's shirt was filthy and it didn't look like today's ice cream. It was grimy.

Took over an hour for my mom to get a simple chicken strip basket, and the three teenage boys working at the time were not the friendliest but i suppose they weren’t rude. The toilet seat in the women’s bathroom was dirty and they were completely out of soap in there as well. When my mom finally got her food it was cold and had barely any flavor.
