“To start I'm from Fort Worth and I moved out to the country a couple of years ago and have not been able to find donuts anywhere near as good as in Fort Worth out here until I came to this place”

“Food is usually good. Service is usually good. Atmosphere is good other than the fact we are always seated in an area that has no tv's. Even during football games. It seems the employees save a certain area for themselves for break times. (the front room with two tv's). For context, I've dined in around 10 times. Always after 5pm. Like I said, everything is usually good. But yesterday was a huge disappointment and a waste of $20. I ordered the Nacho Supreme. Not only was it inedible, but it tasted horrible. They didn't use nacho cheese, instead melted shredded cheese on top of tortilla chips. I assume via microwave. Guess what happens to shredded cheese when cooled? It formed a hard cheese helmet over chips. How does one navigate this? Let alone eat it. On top of this nacho debacle, was a layer of shredded lettuce. Sorry, did I order a taco salad? I had to move the lettuce over to see the tortilla chips, under the cheese helmet. Also, if I was to reheat this mess to remelt the cheese, how will the lettuce hold up? Not so good I assume. I'm not trying to be a Karen. But I do have a tendency to compare what I spend, to how many hours of work it takes to pay for it. And the nacho supreme not only took $20 from me, but also my time. I won't be going back to Jefe's anytime soon.”

“Ordered a protein bowl with meatballs, provolone cheese, banana peppers and Jalapenos. This was hands down the best one I have ever had from any Subway! She made it perfect! Tge meatballs were fresh and so tender. Definitely recommend going and trying them out.”

“Stopped by on my way back from Lubbock to Denison and had the best experience at this location. I pulled up to the drive through and Ethan saw my Disabled Veteran plates so he made sure I got my veteran discount. Since I wasn't from the area, he took extra time that I knew which way to get home, local sites to check out, and the local history. Seriously I could have spent all day chatting him up. He made sure my order was correct, hot, fresh, and that I had everything I needed to continue my journey home. He hand delivered my order to my car and was even brave enough to met my grumpy havanese and sweet chihuahua. As a small business owner myself, I wish and hope for an employee like Ethan. I hope the manager gives him a big raise because his customer service is spot on.”
