I have never eaten at Steak and Shake before, this was my first time. I was not familiar with their menu so I ordered a single steak burger, some fries, and a drink. I was not impressed with their steak burger. The meat was flat and greasy, the burger only came with pickles and onions; however, I asked for lettuce and tomato which I did receive. I'm sad to say I did not eat the steak burger I took it home and gave it to my daughter. I did however enjoy the hot shoestring fries...read full review
The wife and I both got Cheeseburgers, They were disappointing at best, They very dry and flavor less meat. The toppings were all over the place and not centered on the burger like they should have been. The fries were the best thing. Definitely will not be going back.

Took my grandsons there to eat. Took forever to get our food. Went back after they finished eating their food to get milkshakes. It took 45 min to get shakes. Food was great service was awful. Very rude man
