Clean place, good food BUT they do not have enough staff to run efficiently. It is very easy to get behind when you have one employee at all times.
Ordered a protein bowl with meatballs, provolone cheese, banana peppers and Jalapenos. This was hands down the best one I have ever had from any Subway! She made it perfect! Tge meatballs were fresh and so tender. Definitely recommend going and trying them out.
Subway in Henrietta: where the bread’s warm, the lettuce is tired, and the sandwich artist clearly missed art school. It’ll fill you up, but you won’t write home about it.

Subway is a clean and friendly restaurant with professional and knowledgeable staff. The employees go above and beyond in providing excellent service, making the dining experience pleasurable. Customers appreciate the fresh ingredients in the sandwiches and the fast, efficient service. The staff is polite, respectful, and very professional, making the stop a little more enjoyable. They make the sandwich the way it is asked with no concerns. Even when managing a busy line, the manager is great and gets things moving much faster. The Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap is done well and tastes fine.
