I went in last week and the employee had people lined up as well as a ton online orders ..I have to say thank you to regena you did an oustanding job doing orders fast and neat store was great your attitude was great loom forward to eating at subway

Clean and friendly environment. Kensly was very knowledgeable with the food and that is always a plus. Now a days great customer service is hard to come by but Kensly made my experience pleasurable. She was sweet, very polite and was making very good contact with each customer in-front of me. (There was 2). She happen to be the only person manning the restaurant and was doing a great job. I would return next time I'm at lake arrowhead. Also, sandwiches were bomb. ingredients were fresh and sandwiches tasted great by the lake. Thanks Kensly for helping make my experience at subway great.
Sadly this is the least reliable Subway I've ever been to. They are regularly out of items. Service is fine, if you don't mind that the store rarely has an adult present.

I've lived down the road from this place for a few years now an I have been here more than enough times to give this store a bad review. They are always out of high demand items no matter what time you go there. They're always understaffed an the staff the do have hired are less than desirable. I've never seen subs so poorly made. I was just told today that I couldn't get spinage because it wasn't prepped an were not able to get me any even though they had it in stock. This place needs new management. If I want subway I'll just go to Wichita falls.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes while the one single employee made 3 sandwiches. Come to find out they were out of Turkey, out of chicken and out of meatballs. I left ticked off and empty handed. I knew there was a reason I never went there anymore.
