Ordered a Banana shake and it’s the worst shake hands down that I’ve ever had. Does not have a sliver of banana, just artificial syrup. Doesn’t even taste like banana. Also I wanted to get Chili Mac Supreme and they only do burgers at this location.

I stopped by after a long drive for a shake. The name of the restaurant is steak ‘n shake, but no shake because they close the shake machine one hour early at 9 PM. I guess it’s Saturday night and the staff has plans because the chairs are on top of the tables so no one can sit there.I guess the staff doesn’t want to be at work! ‘

Typical fast food. Very busy today. Seems like forever to place your order. A family of 5 went ahead of me. I just ordered a large fry to go. They filled the family's order first. Efficiency could be better. Should have 2 people filling orders - one for simple orders and one for large orders. If the first is free they help the second.

First time to a steak and shake… We have Been sitting in a DRIVE THRU for 30 minutes waiting on 2 burgers. What are they doing slaughtering the cow from scratch… also they forgot one of our orders after repeating it back correctly to us. Definitely never going to steak and shake again, worst experience ever…

I was disappointed in the food here and there were lots of flies in the building.
Big fan of Steak and Shake. I love the smash burger style. I typically get the western burger. Always hits. Love the thin fries. Always a great value in my opinion compared to the typical burger joints.

I went to go to the drive thru sat there for about 10 minutes, then I went to the window because they never came to the speaker phone and they acted like they didn't see us. I will never stop at this location again due to the lack of attentiveness.
