Was there yesterday and food was not good didn’t get to eat my foot long sub it had a funny smell and taste to it got a upset that I paid for it and did not eat it at all will not eat there again

I visited this location on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 05:01PM and received service from Brandon. The location was a bit "worn", ice machine not working, one bathroom, but for a tired driver, it did just fine. This review is more for the employee and the service I received.
Brandon hit a HOME RUN! Polite, respectful, carried on a conversation and just made the stop a little more enjoyable. I normally am not much of a talker while traveling and in places I do not know, but this guy was a good young man. He made my sandwich the way I asked, and I had no concerns.
To the manager, thanks for having a great employee working during my visit. Job well done!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: rough parking lot with no identified parking areas for someone with disability and the entrance is a little tricky to navigate. Not bad, just challenging.

I was traveling to Amarillo and stopped here both ways. I just want to thank the lady who treated us well. She was so kind and very professional. It’s very hard to find such people in small towns. She is definitely a great soul.

When I walked in, there was a line almost out to the door with only one employee making sandwiches. And he wasn't in a rush. After about 5 minutes, a manager walks in and immediately greets the customers and helps out. She was great and got things moving much faster. I ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap and it was done well and tasted fine.
It's tough when a business is short-staffed and it's hard to hire good people, but the manager did the best she could with what she had.

I drive 30 minutes to go to this location even though I have a subway in my town because they are professional and so much better than the one in my home townThis location is clean and staff very friendly and service above and beyondThank you

I went in last week and the employee had people lined up as well as a ton online orders ..I have to say thank you to regena you did an oustanding job doing orders fast and neat store was great your attitude was great loom forward to eating at subway
