Rude..lazy terrible cold food and I saw roaches on the floor somebody should really call the health inspector..thats disgusting. My family walked out after seeing the roaches ..yuck!!

As far as steakhouses go there are improvements to be made but I was in town for work for about a month and this became a regular dinner location. The onion strings and burgers were great every time. The Friday night I went for their smoked prime rib special it was delicious and a great portion size.
If I end up coming back to Hereford I will definitely go back.

Been eating here for years, yesterday I had the absolutely worst visit. The customer service was horrible, food took forever. The waitress was not doing a good job at all. All in all, it was the worst service I've ever experienced here, I hope they figure it out.
