I am a regular customer and I order from here often and never have I ever got the most rude person to take my order 😠
here is an explanation of why I put this review
So placed my order and I wanted wings so she was naming the amount of wings that come in the box and she said 18ct so I said yes to the 18ct but when they delivered it I only got 8 so I thought it was just a little mistake so I called back and I said that I placed the order for what I got then she said that there was never an 18 ct but she said there was and also I wanted my receipt and when she said ok we will take it out to you and I reminded her about the wings she said there is no 18ct but she said that there was so I corrected her about it but then she gave me the most attitude ever when I was going to say it's ok but no she kept on arguing and then I was going to say something then she just hang up.

Went in to pick up my order, once I was there I noticed this guy cussing and being extremely rude to his coworkers and even to some customers snatching the pizzas and also a boy who appeared autistic was being treated so bad by him, I was able to catch his name ANDREW, everyone else gave me good service and even apologized f or his behalf

The 2 pizzas I ordered were amazing and fresh, it was so fast the pizzas finished baking quickly, the pizza was delicious and the place was clean and the service was great but it sure could use a little more bacon as I had very little.

While traveling I stopped for the night in Hereford Tx. I was very tired and hungry and decided to order a pizza. I'm glad I did because it was the best pizza and best customer service I've seen in a very long time. The pizza was fresh and delicious delivered fast and with everything i needed plates,napkins,silverware and sauces. She saw she was delivering to a hotel so she made sure I had everything I might need. Her name is Danielle and she's awesome. Thank you Danielle for treating me like family. I will order again if I ever find myself in Hereford Tx. again.
