I came in to on a Saturday afternoon. The service was absolutely impeccable. I had a very large order, and unfortunately, was not able to call ahead. However, the entire staff was very efficient and getting it together for me and making it fresh. Everything was so clean in the restaurant and the staff was very friendly. Jessica is the manager. I spoke with her while my food was being prepared. She was so personable. David and Jason were the two gentlemen that prepared my food fresh, and then helped me back it up to separate up to the households that it was going to. The last time I ate KFC was in another city and it was the worst experience ever. This is definitely my home store now, and I will be back often. Great job, KFC! Your management team and staff is amazing.

From out of state- Used my debit card once today at this KFC and about 10 minutes later someone tried charging my card for online purchases. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she said she does not know what happened. She then said she does not know the number to corporate and she would look through paperwork for it. She was finally able to give me a number to call. This interaction was really odd, I do not recommend going here unless you want your card info stolen. Update: called the number the manager gave me and it is someone’s personal cell #. Sketchy

Got there at 11:20 ordered a family meal and two chicken sandwiches. After waiting for about 40 to 45 minutes already after 12pm we asked the manager what happened to our order. Says they are having problems with fryers that are too hot. Manager says nothing about having problems with the fryer prior and kept us waiting up until we had to walk to the counter and ask why our food wasn't ready. And she gave us an ugly look like it's our fault. We paid for our food and they can't cook two chicken sandwiches?

I can't speak to the food because I never got in the door. Google states they open at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 and found that on the door and drive thru it states they open at 10:30 a.m. I waited until 10:40, went to the door and they were still closed. It didn't look like anyone was inside despite two cars in the parking lot. Who knows when they actually decide to do business. This location needs new management that pays attention to details like hours of operation posting. I had to make last minute adjustments and find other food for my family sized meal.
